Marshall Yeh

Marshall Yeh is a registered patent agent with United Stated Patent and Trademark Office with more than 10 year of experience in researching and analyzing subject matters in various fields ranging from science to military to law. He is a critical thinker and an analyst with both traditional and creative problem-solving skill sets.

His professional experiences include patent intern with Ladas & Parry LLP, senior researcher with Law Logic & Technology Research Laboratory at Hofstra University School of Law, legal intern with Coach Inc., judicial intern with Honorable Carmen Velasquez at the Queens Civil Court, analyst team lead and senior analyst with the United State Army.

Marshall received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering and Material Science and Engineering from University of California, Berkeley, his M.B.A. from University of Phoenix while he served in the United States Army, and his J.D. with Intellectual Property Concentration from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York
