Livia Boyadjian

Livia Boyadjian is experienced in all phases of patent prosecution. Ms. Boyadjian focuses her practice on counseling clients in all aspects of patent law including procurement, freedom-to-operate and validity issues in the fields of biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, organic and inorganic chemical applications, polymer technology, complex catalysts, and medical devices. Livia has authored numerous freedom-to-operate, patentability, invalidity, infringement and non-infringement opinions, including opinions supporting Paragraph IV certification under the Hatch-Waxman Act.

Prior to entering the legal profession, Livia worked as a radioactive waste treatment engineer for an architectural engineering firm.
