Prior to joining Sorell, Lenna & Schmidt, LLP, Shadaia was an associate inthe Washington D.C. office of Kilpatrick Stockton LLP.

Shadaia earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School where she served as a student mediator for the City of Philadelphia and interned in the Washington D.C. office of U.S. Congressman Chaka Fattah.

Shadaia received her Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and also holds a Certificate in Business and Public Policy from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Certificate in Public Relations from New York University School of Continuing Education. Shadaia is admitted to practice law in New York, District of Columbia,Virginia and New Jersey. Shadaia is also registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
